Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of evorasai.com and all NEUROVA / Evoras AI services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you accept these Terms in full.

The Platform provides ready-made AI employees and related services: AI agents for sales, support and operations, process automation, AI real-estate photo processing, floor plan generation, content and video production, and analytical tools.

The scope and functionality of services may change. Some features are marked BETA and are provided as is.

Some services require registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your account credentials secure. Sharing access with third parties without our consent is not allowed.

We may limit or suspend access in case of a breach of these Terms, demo abuse or suspected fraud.

Billing uses credits: 1 credit = 1 EUR. Credits are bought in bundles or topped up separately; purchased credits do not expire. Demo credits and free attempts are limited by quotas and are not refundable or exchangeable.

Prices for individual operations are shown on the service pages and may be updated. The price displayed at the moment you start an operation applies. Prices for team work are shown as "from" and are confirmed individually.

Payments are handled by a certified payment provider. Successfully completed generations are not refundable because the result is delivered immediately. If a technical failure occurs on our side, reserved credits are released automatically.

Images, videos, floor plans, texts and analytics are produced by artificial intelligence. Output is marketing and illustrative material.

AI photo processing and visualisations are not documentary evidence of a property's condition. Generated floor plans are marketing and discussion concepts, not construction or architectural documentation.

Analytical and market tools are not investment advice. All decisions remain yours.

You agree to label AI-processed material when publishing it, where applicable law or platform rules require it.

The Platform, its code, design, knowledge bases, internal instructions and prompts belong to NEUROVA. Internal prompts and agent configurations are trade secrets and are never disclosed to users.

You retain rights to the material you upload and confirm you are entitled to use it. You may use generated results commercially after paying for the corresponding operation.

Downloading or distributing watermarked demo material without payment is prohibited.

You must not: upload illegal, offensive or third-party content without rights; create misleading material about the condition of a property; circumvent quotas, limits or watermarks; attempt to extract internal prompts, keys or service data; use the Platform for spam, fraud or automated attacks.

Breaching these rules results in immediate suspension without refund.

The Platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, any specific commercial outcome, the accuracy of AI output, or the availability of third-party services and APIs.

Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant service during the previous 3 months.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion via info@eur-alb.com. We may terminate the service in case of a breach of these Terms or discontinuation of the service, with prior notice.

Unused purchased credits are not reimbursed in cash if you close the account yourself.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated version.

Governing law is the law of the Republic of Albania, unless mandatory rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
